盗窃、损坏、擅自移动使用中的其他公共交通工具设施、设备，或者以抢控驾驶操纵装置、拉扯、殴打驾驶人员等方式，干扰公共交通工具正常行驶的，处五日以下拘留或者一千元以下罚款；情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留。
